If you're enquiring about getting your bike serviced and the bike is younger than October 2007 (when BMW introduced a new maintenance concept) please also tell me
the date the bike was registered, the date and  mileage the last service was done, the date and mileage the next service is due (should be in the service record or receipt) and the mileage currently on the bike.
